Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Part of our warranty process includes reviewing evidence of the defect provided by the customer. This is easily accomplished by providing video or images of the defective part so our staff can verify the claim and move forward with the warranty process. This removes the necessity of shipping the part back to our facility at the customer's expense.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies carry a 3 Year Warranty.
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.
Wearable RUBBER parts are not covered under warranty (Dust boots, bushings, bump stops, etc.)

Compatibility
Fiat updated the 500x in 2019 to accept the rear sway bar endlinks on the front sway bar and the Jeep Renegade received the same treatment in 2020. This update makes things easier for both owners and manufacturers by reducing the number of unique parts required. Depending on the year of your vehicle you'll want to grab either two or four end links to completely rebuild your sway bar's connection to your suspension.
Enduring Endlinks
It seems that many Jeeps have a tendency to chew through sway bar endlinks. Moog mitigated some of the concerns by switching to metal for the end link housings and incorporating grease zerks into their design. Stronger materials and the ability to add fresh grease that will flush out any road grime ensures a sway bar endlink that will deliver long term service.

A worn out sway bar end link allows your vehicle to roll over quite a ways before the sway bar is able to do its job and counteract the roll. Eliminating the slop caused by worn end links speeds up your sway bar's response rate and restores its ability to transfer weight across your suspension. Ive been a mechanic for 42 years I always try to use Moog suspension parts they are very well made and have grease fittings they also fit perfectly and probably will not need to be replaced again the original parts from the factory only lasted 12000 miles suspension.com had them in stock and shipped them right out I try to buy local but Ill probably use suspension.com again in the future they were very easy to deal with.

Recently wrecked the jeep I had put these on, but at time of and after, They were still intact and had been solid components! Nicer looking then the stock "plastic" ones that were on originally and obviously more reliable. Would buy again 10/10 times.
