The State of Shipping during Covid-19
Our warehouse is still fully stocked and we are filling and shipping out orders at top speed with a one day turn around time on the vast majority of orders.
The major shipping carriers have all revealed that they are having difficulty meeting previous shipping speed expectations due to Covid-19. Here are links to their adaptations:

These rates apply to customers in the Contiguous U.S. only.
International customers have shipping calculated* when they add the parts to the cart.
International customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Domestic Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS unless otherwise noted. Typical transit time is approximately 3-5 business days.
International Orders generally take between 6-10 business days unless expedited shipping is requested which usually takes 1-5 business days.
In Stock Parts will ship out immediately. Orders placed Friday Evening (after local shippers have cutoff for the day), Saturday, and Sunday will ship out first thing on the next Business Day. Parts are clearly marked as In Stock or Special Order on their detail page.
Special Order Parts will ship out directly from the manufacturer's factory. These orders typically take 2 weeks to receive.
Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the next business day.
Overnight orders must be placed before 2PM CST to be sent that day.
What If My Package Is Lost?
Although we don't anticipate any issues, occasionally they do happen. Circumstances beyond our control sometimes conspire to deprive our customers of the parts that they have rightfully ordered and paid for, and we hate that. If your package has been lost or misplaced by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, let us know. We will do everything we can to find that order for you.
Sometimes the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered, but it still cannot be found due to theft. In an effort to offset some of that crappy luck we offer our customers whose package was stolen the option of repurchasing their order at a 60% discount from the original cost of the parts. Shipping will be charged at the discounted rate as well with the "signature required" option added to prevent another theft and causing our customers to feel as though they are cursed. This policy is for customers inside the USA only
Do You Ship Internationally?
Our website is set up to charge the correct shipping to any country that USPS ships to. Many of our orders are for international customers. Shipping total will not include taxes, customs, or duties.
A word of CAUTION: If you are using a freight forwarding company to get your product we can only guarantee delivery to that company. At that point the package is out of our hands and any questions about delivery should be directed to the freight forwarding company you are using.
