lock Warranty Information keyboard_arrow_down
Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Part of our warranty process includes reviewing evidence of the defect provided by the customer. This is easily accomplished by providing video or images of the defective part so our staff can verify the claim and move forward with the warranty process. This removes the necessity of shipping the part back to our facility at the customer's expense.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies carry a 3 Year Warranty.
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.
Wearable RUBBER parts are not covered under warranty (Dust boots, bushings, bump stops, etc.)
Idler Arm Bracket Assembly w/Grease Hose | '01-'10 Silverado 2500HD
Simple Steering
Don't wrestle with your truck's steering wheel to stay on the road as you head to the next job site or trail head for an adventure with your buddies. Grab a new idler arm bracket assembly that includes a grease hose to reverse the toll thousands and thousands of miles of rough roads filled with too many potholes takes on the steering of your 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. Refresh your Chevy or GMC's front end to provide a firm foundation for your steering and stop the vibrations that make long drives terrible and increase wear on your tires.
Vanquish Vibrations
Vibrations you can feel in the steering wheel are typically caused by the lack of control worn steering parts have as they allow your tires to rapidly shift back and forth. A dead spot where your steering doesn't respond as you change directions is another sign your front end needs a refresh. Enjoy crisp steering you'll notice every time you spin the steering wheel after you install a Moog idler arm bracket assembly.
Alignment Anchor
A front end alignment to extend the life of your tires usually brings to mind tie rod ends and ball joints but there are a few more parts involved in your truck's steering than you think. The idler arm attaches to the frame to locate one end of your steering linkage and provide a smooth pivot for everything to move side to side. Use a Moog idler arm to ditch the old and worn out parts that allow your entire steering assembly to shift and cause your alignment to wander.
Robust Repair
Locking in your Chevy's alignment over the long term is a lot easier with a high quality Moog idler arm bracket. Combining patented Gusher bearing technology with a grease hose extension makes maintenance a snap and keeps the precise tolerances found inside the idler arm assembly tight. Extract all of the potential your tires have when you promote even tire wear with a new idler arm that is designed to perform for thousands and thousands of miles.
