lock Warranty Information keyboard_arrow_down
Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
Part of our warranty process includes reviewing evidence of the defect provided by the customer. This is easily accomplished by providing video or images of the defective part so our staff can verify the claim and move forward with the warranty process. This removes the necessity of shipping the part back to our facility at the customer's expense.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies carry a 3 Year Warranty.
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.
Wearable RUBBER parts are not covered under warranty (Dust boots, bushings, bump stops, etc.)
Lower Control Arm Bushing | '03-'11 Silverado 2500HD
Truck TLC From Moog
New front lower control arm bushings from Moog (K6658) are great for quieting down your front suspension as well as restoring the support your hard working 2003-2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD needs. Use a little TLC and some help from Moog to keep your Chevy on the road hauling trailers or a heavy load of supplies to the next job site. Tuning up your front suspension with some new control arm bushings also improves handling and promotes longer lasting tires to offer more benefits than just better acoustics inside the cabin.
Stop The Shift
If your steering feels like your truck jostles and meanders after hitting a bump, without moving the steering wheel, it is time to inspect your front suspension. Control arm bushings with tens of thousands of miles on them start to break down and allow your suspension to move around uncontrollably. Fix your suspension and stop the shift caused by worn bushings with new Moog lower control arm bushings.
Volume Reduction
Expect those clunks and bangs you've been hearing to also go away after the installation of Moog control arm bushings that remove the excessive movement in your front suspension. As your control arms and other suspension components are allowed to jostle around they make contact with metal and create a lot of noise. Choose Moog bushings to replace old and worn bushings and protect your control arms from banging into the chassis as well as restore your suspension to proper operation.
Alignment Advantage
Refreshing your suspension with new Moog bushings benefits more than your truck, yourself, and your passengers. New lower control arm bushings also help out your tires by holding your front end alignment for better handling and tire life. Extend the life of your tires with alignment settings that promote even tread wear and avoid worn control arm bushings that throw those settings out the window.

The Moog bushings were a great replacement choice for my truck. I own and operate an off-road racing fabrication business so I need to feel confident that the parts I use will stand up to the harsh environments I put my truck through. Thanks Moog for producing such a great product. \n\nJeff Lievense\nOwner, Lievense Race Services.
