Front Shock Absorber | '66-'96 Chevrolet Caprice
Ageless Shock Absorber
A shock design that has been installed in vehicles for multiple decades definitely meets the criteria for timeless. However the same cannot be said for the actual shocks themselves, which is why brand new Monroe OE Spectrum 5801 front shock absorbers are an excellent solution to refresh the suspension on your 1966-1996 Chevrolet Caprice.
Neutralize NVH
A new shock restores the control your suspension needs for a smooth ride and handling you can be confident in. Each OE Spectrum shock is designed specifically for each vehicle application to filter out noise, vibration, and harshness to deliver the ride quality you expect from new shocks. Install new Monroe shock absorbers on your classic so the only thing you have to worry about is how long of an adventure your tank of gas will take you on.
Cruise Control
Covering thousands and thousands of miles of the open road takes its toll on your suspension and shocks. Road grime combined with countless impacts from potholes and washboard roads creates a very difficult life for your vehicle's suspension components. Put your suspension into cruise mode when you grab a fresh set of Monroe shocks.
Maximum Mileage
Refreshing your suspension with new shocks is not only better for you and your passengers, proper control of your suspension is also good for extending the life of your tires. Each OE Spectrum shock has the consistency and control your suspension requires to keep your tires planted on the pavement for better grip and even tread wear.
