When selecting u-joints for your Dodge Ram there are some things you'll need to know in order to get the correct joints. The first thing you'll need to know is what engine you have. If you have a Turbo Diesel or a V-10 then you'll also need to know how many u-joints you have at your rear shaft. If you do not have a Turbo Diesel or V-10 then you're ready to move on to the next section.
What is the Outer Diameter of Your Bearings?
The last thing you'll need to know is what is the outer diameter of your Dodge Ram's bearing. The two different measurements you should come up with is either a 1 3/8" or a 1 3/16". Which size you have will greatly change which u-joints you'll need.
