Every shipment to Brazil is made via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (if the customer chooses to upgrade their shipping method). International shipments require extra documentation so that they can be delivered. We send the necessary documents with the order so that your Suspension Parts order will clear Brazilian Customs.
If you ordered suspension parts that are in stock (as indicated on our website), your shipment to Brazil will ship out within 24 hours on business days. USPS Priority Mail is a 4-10 business day shipping method. That means that it will take up to 2 weeks to reach you . USPS Express Mail is a little faster being a 3-5 business day average. Shipments will often reach Brazilian customs first. Assuming your customs department processes the shipment quickly, this should be only a minimal delay.
Cost of Shipping Suspension Parts to Brazil is based entirely on the weight of the shipment. USPS charges the same amount for shipping a package to anywhere in Brazil, changing in cost only as weight increases or decreases. You can easily and quickly see the cost of shipping without entering your shipping information. Simply select "Brazil" from the country selector on the shopping cart page. Once Brazil is selected, it will immedialtely update the page to display the exact cost of a USPS Priority Mail shipment. This is isnt an estimate, this is the exact shipping cost.
USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are both considered trackable shipping methods. We do not ship internationally via a cheaper method (parcel post) because any cheaper method is not trackable. USPS tracking for shipments to Brazil is not detailed, so it will not display detailed information about the package as it is in transit. Instead, USPS tracking will typically only tell you when a package has been shipped out, and when it has been delivered. Express Mail packages receive a little more detail in transit, but for the most part "tracking" of a shipment to Brazil is limited to confirming that it has been shipped out or delivered.
Returns are still accepted from Brazilian customers, but please keep in mind that shipping a return back to the United States is at your cost.
